With technology advances increasing further into our lifestyles, today more than ever it is imperative to encourage our kids to get active. They need to be exposed to a variety of health and fitness activities so they can find the right fit.
Our Fit Kids program involves functional movement patterns, hand eye coordination movements, strength and conditioning, cardio vascular exercise and most importantly fun!
Kids yoga and group exercise classes are a great way to get kids involved and exercise whilst having fun. Just like adults, it is equally important to get those endorphins moving for happier, brighter and highly motivated KIDS!
$120 per child per term.
Healthy snacks provided post session.
